How much does conservatory cleaning cost?
Conservatory cleaning costs £80 to £180 for a standard lean-to inside and out. A large Victorian or P-shaped conservatory runs £150 to £320, and an outside-only clean takes roughly a third off either figure.

Book it with the gutters. Both need the same access and the same pole, the box gutter is between the two jobs anyway, and a company already at the house for one will almost always price the other below its standalone rate.
What moves the price
- Roof size and shape. A lean-to is one slope; a Victorian has five facets and a finial.
- Glass or polycarbonate, which changes the brush, the pressure and the time.
- Inside as well as out, which needs access, steps and furniture moved.
- How long since the last one. Two years of algae in the glazing bars is a different job from twelve months.
- The box gutter, quoted separately by many.
- Overhanging trees, which decide whether you are buying this once a year or twice.

Questions about conservatory cleaning
Will it fix a roof that has gone cloudy?
Not if the cloudiness is in the polycarbonate itself. Ultraviolet degradation and abrasion damage are permanent; algae and traffic film come off. A cleaner can usually tell you which you have before quoting.
Is the inside included?
Sometimes. Inside the roof needs steps and furniture moved, so many quote it separately. Ask, because an inside-and-out price and an outside-only price look similar until you compare what they cover.
