Get the soffits and fascias done on the same visit. The access equipment is already up, the plastic is the cheapest surface on the house to clean, and leaving it means a white house under a grey rim that is more obvious afterwards than it was before.

Questions about render cleaning
Will it take the stain under the sills?
Usually it lightens rather than clears it, because that mark is run-off from above rather than growth. Sorting what is shedding onto the wall is what stops it returning.
Is it safe for the plants underneath?
Only if they are covered and watered. The solution kills foliage it lands on, so protection and a rinse are part of the job and worth confirming before anyone starts.
